What Type of Face Mask Do You Need?

Face masks are everywhere and incredibly popular these days. But with so many options, how do you know which face masks are right for your skin and your specific skin issues? It can be confusing, so we are here to help. Here are the best face masks for different types of skin issues:

If you have oily skin or combination skin, try using a clay mask to remove excess oil. Clay masks can help deep clean your pores but won’t dry out your skin in the process.

If you have dry skin or sensitive skin, you’ll most likely need a mask that adds moisture to your thirsty face. Go for a moisturizing or hydrating mask to give you the moisture you crave and calm your skin. If you have very sensitive skin, test the face mask on a small patch of skin and wait to see if you have an allergic reaction before applying it to your entire face.

If you have dull skin,  try a brightening or exfoliating mask. Most exfoliating masks will get rid of dead skin cells and give you a smooth and brighter appearance. Brightening masks reduce dark spots and uneven skin tone as well.

If you have acne, redness, blackheads and other skin issues, try a purifying mask. It should help dry up your acne and shrink larger pores. You can also try a warming mask that will pull out impurities and cleanse and moisturize pores. Not to mention, it feels warm and relaxing. Try our Thermal Detox Warming Cleansing Mask.

If you have aging skin, try a firming mask to tighten and lift skin and reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
