    What wonderful information. I love on my weetbix of a morning sliced strawberries, blueberries and low fat yoghurt with a tiny milk but no sugar. With yoghurt for dessert or just as a treat. Love them and this is a wonderful time of the season for fruit I try when available to have the fresh ones..
