After appearing on several Sports Illustrated covers since 1979, Christie Brinkley has some wisdom to share about how she has stayed looking beautiful and youthful over the years. From her physical regimen, to diet and skincare, Christie takes her health seriously.
Here are some of the things Christie attributes to staying young, as she shared with Instyle.
Living a lifestyle that connects her with nature is important to Christie and her family. She tries to find time to go paddleboarding or kayaking with her daughter as opposed to spending hours in the gym. Christie also loves cycling, whether it’s on a beach or in a spin class.
Part of staying healthy, in addition to a vegetarian diet, is nourishing her immune system. Christie does this by drinking probiotic Kombucha daily to support the health of her gut.
